Baker is a seasoned lawyer of over nine years’ wealth of experience in data protection and information technology regulation and compliance. Currently, he serves as the Manager of Compliance and Investigations at the Personal Data Protection Office in Uganda, where he has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective strategies to ensure regulatory compliance on both national and continental levels.
